Cohorts
You
Grew up in the church but are now deconstructing, disillusioned, or questioning. You have already left or are considering leaving. You may be hurt and angry – or perhaps simply indifferent.
Don’t necessarily want to leave Jesus. Even though you have questions, you acknowledge that the pursuit of spirituality is good and healthy.
Are courageous enough to leave the harbor and ask questions that may not have easy answers.
No Harbor
A place where we can be our authentic selves, heal from hurt, engage in community, reframe belief systems, and for many, rediscover Jesus.
Not a place where we will try to “reach” you or to “win you back.” No apologetics are allowed because we are learning to be comfortable with uncertainty and mystery rather than trying to find “the right answers.”
A safe community where we can be curious, ask questions, and express and explore doubts without anyone responding with “actually…” or “the Bible says…”
A place where we experience transformation as we listen to each other’s stories. We recognize everyone’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences as valid.
The core of No Harbor is six-course corrections that help us to dismantle dysfunctional and toxic theology and rebuild a healthy faith and life.
Form
Cohorts meet via Zoom every other week for 14 meetings (over 28 weeks). We assign reading in advance and then meet for about an hour and a half to process our journeys together. We seek to provide a safe community in which we can heal and reframe beliefs. To take the next step, please use the form below.
Cohorts are closed and by invitation only. To ensure that the group will meet your needs, we meet with all participants for a short interview to hear your story. We will contact you by email to arrange a time to speak with you. Thank you for sharing your story with us.
